Reception were very excited to be invited by Isham Playingfields Association to the opening of the new play equipment at The Glebe.  It was all thoroughly tested by the children, who gave it a big thumbs up.  We even managed to bring the sun with us!

Memories of our fabulous Autumn Forest School……. (The Glebe has taken quite a battering from the recent winter storms, even our favourite, enormous Horse Chestnut tree was damaged.  Hopefully everything will soon be cleared and we will be able to get up there again for Spring Forest School).  

Reception are in a magical world of stories this term.  We will be enjoying stories old and new and telling some of our own.  We’ve already been practising our spells and mixing our own potions – so watch out!

Reception are in the garden at the moment, learning about plants, trees, mini beasts and British wildlife.  We will also be enjoying the changing seasons of the countryside.
