P.E

It has been a busy few weeks in P.E. concentrating mainly on learning different techniques required for sports hall athletics events.  In particular this week we have been running longer distances to increase stamina. Yr 5/6 have also been learning to play dodge ball and the girls have had a football training session  to prepare for a competition next week.

Ks1  have been focusing on ball  skills and lots of warm up games to encourage running at different speeds.

The reception children are enjoying outdoor P.E. and learning to dress appropriately. They have been using different equipment and resources to encourage movement and agility and co-ordination.
